Plus, this package includes a dedicated photoshoot session to ensure even more beautiful memories are captured.

  • Pre-Event Consultation: We start with a personalized consultation to discuss your event’s timeline, key moments, and specific photo and video preferences. This ensures we understand your vision and can capture every detail that’s important to you.

  • 10-Hour Coverage: Our team will be present for up to 10 hours, covering your entire event from the early preparations to the final moments. This extended coverage allows us to capture every significant detail and emotion throughout the day.

  • Dedicated Photoshoot Session: In addition to event coverage, enjoy a dedicated photoshoot session. Whether it’s pre-event portraits, couple shots, or family photos, we ensure these moments are beautifully captured in a setting of your choice.

  • One Photographer and One Videographer: With a dedicated photographer and videographer, we ensure comprehensive coverage from multiple angles and perspectives. This allows us to capture more candid moments and provide a richer, more varied collection of photos and videos.

  • Unlimited Photos: We believe in capturing every meaningful moment, so there’s no limit to the number of photos we take during your event. This ensures that all the important details and spontaneous moments are documented.

  • 150+ Edited Photos: After your event, you’ll receive a curated collection of over 150 professionally edited, high-resolution images. These photos will be delivered in a personalized online gallery, making it easy for you to view, share, and download your images.

  • Full-Length Video: We provide a 3-5 minute video that chronicles the complete story of your event. This full-length video captures the flow and atmosphere of your day, allowing you to relive each moment.

  • Print and Frame: Included in this package is a large print of your favorite photo, beautifully framed to commemorate a standout moment from your event.

  • USB with Photos: You’ll receive a USB drive containing all edited photos in high-resolution format. This provides a physical copy for safekeeping and easy access to your memories.

  • Description 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due 1 week prior to the event

  • Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

  • Photoshoots will typically take place outsdie. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer.
